As an interim manager for supply chain in Austria, I take over the management of supply chain, logistics or warehousing for a defined period on behalf of AZentron Solutions – with agreed authority, measurable objectives and a structured handover.
Management positions remain vacant. Important decisions and projects are delayed. And precisely when structures are changing, the capacity is missing to keep operations stable while steering the change. An interim manager closes this gap – with responsibility from day one.

✓ more than 10 years of Prokura (authorised signatory)
✓ 3 years as statutory managing director (trade law) Warehousing
✓ Leadership responsibility for up to 100 employees
A vacancy due to resignation, illness or growth: I keep operations stable, lead the existing team and safeguard performance and delivery capability until the position is filled permanently.
The function needs to be restructured: I organise the interfaces between purchasing, production, warehousing and sales, and establish shared KPIs and clear responsibilities.
Building, commissioning and ramping up a new site requires leadership that knows both: the project and the operation.
Sites or functions are being merged. I design the organisational structure and processes, involve managers and teams and guide the change with transparent communication and change management.
Error rates, inventory discrepancies or costs are getting out of hand: I implement immediate measures and embed the improvements in day-to-day operations.
A system project needs leadership from the business side.
What you should not expect: overnight miracles. Sustainable improvements require a clear picture of the situation, priorities and consistent implementation.
✓ Responsibility with clearly agreed authority
✓ Decisions in day-to-day business instead of recommendations from a distance
✓ Leadership of the existing teams
✓ Regular reporting to management based on agreed KPIs
✓ An orderly handover to the successor or the team

| Interim manager | Consultant | Executive search | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Role | takes on line responsibility for a defined period | analyses and recommends | finds a permanent hire |
| Availability | at short notice | project-based | depends on the search and notice period |
| Decision-making authority | within the agreed scope | advisory | after hiring |
| Suitable for | vacancy, restructuring, crisis | concept, decision paper | permanent appointment |
All three routes have their place. They often complement each other: an interim manager bridges the gap until executive search has found the right manager.

An interim manager’s daily rate depends on the responsibility, scope, duration and location of the assignment. Billing is based on agreed days of work. You will receive a specific proposal after the initial call.
A consultant recommends; an interim manager decides and leads – within the agreed scope and with responsibility for the result.
Usually at short notice. We agree on the specific start date in the initial call.
That depends on the task: a vacancy ends when the position is filled, a restructuring when the agreed objectives have been achieved.
Leadership requires presence. I work mainly on site and add remote work where it makes sense.
Give me a call – in the initial call we clarify whether an interim assignment is the right solution.
