Supply Chain & Logistics Services

AZentron Solutions supports companies in supply chain and logistics in four ways: as a consultant, external project manager, interim manager or mentor. Which form fits depends on whether you need clarity, implementation or leadership.

Four ways of working together

Consulting

You need clarity on root causes, options or an investment decision. I analyse your starting point and develop with you a concept you can implement, with priorities and resource requirements.

External project management

You want to deliver a specific project reliably. I take on the agreed project responsibility and coordinate internal teams and external partners. Deadlines, budget, risks and decisions are managed transparently.

Interim management

A management function is vacant or your organisation needs additional management capacity. I take on responsibility for a defined period with clearly agreed authority and a structured handover.

→ Interim Management

Executive mentoring

You want to reflect on demanding decisions or develop your leadership role. I support you as a personal sparring partner – confidentially and from my own leadership experience.

Optimising the entire value chain

Many problems in the warehouse originate elsewhere. That is why I also look at upstream and downstream processes and the interfaces between purchasing, production, sales and logistics. The aim is cross-functional optimisation that takes profitability, delivery capability and resilience into account together.

This includes looking at your dependencies: we assess critical suppliers, external production capacity and logistics partners. Which constraints would jeopardise your ability to deliver? To answer this, I evaluate alternatives in terms of capacity, lead time, cost and risk and coordinate the necessary measures with the functions involved.

Building cross-functional management

When Excel files, e-mails and individual systems deliver different figures, the basis for good decisions is missing. I help you build a reliable information base with shared KPIs, defined data sources and clear responsibilities.

How we work together

1. Agree objectives

Scope, responsibilities and success criteria.

2. Review impact

based on inventory accuracy, error rates, costs, delivery performance or project milestones.

3. Hand over

Results and responsibilities pass to your team.
