AZentron Solutions provides warehouse optimisation consulting to help companies reduce the time, money and capital they tie up – with measures that address root causes and are embedded in day-to-day operations.
Employees search for goods. System stock does not match actual quantities. Picking errors lead to complaints and re-deliveries. At the same time, part of the range sits in the warehouse for too long while other items are out of stock. Each of these symptoms costs margin – and together they tie up capital that is needed elsewhere.

I analyse the processes from goods receipt through put-away and replenishment to picking and shipping. Storage location structure, inventory management and the interaction of people, processes and systems are looked at together.
unclear storage location logic, missing check steps, system issues or time pressure.
clean booking processes, clear responsibilities and regular stock checks.
Place items by access frequency, reorganise routes and replenishment.
Shelf life, stock rotation and timely handling of critical stock.
Materials, staff, storage and transport are becoming more expensive. Special trips, rework and short-notice interventions cause additional costs. I analyse cost drivers, inventory, flows of goods and capacities as a whole. Together we assess which changes make economic sense and how they affect service levels and supply – because anyone who wants to reduce logistics costs must not jeopardise delivery capability.
Purchasing, sales, production and logistics often plan on different assumptions. The result is overstock in one part of the range and shortages in another. With shared planning foundations, clear inventory targets and scenarios for fluctuating prices and volumes, the capital tied up in stock goes down – with the same or better availability.
Measures only work if they last. That is why I embed improvements through clear standards, suitable KPIs and lean management practices. Inventory accuracy and error rates become fixed metrics that your team manages itself.
The warehouse check is a fixed entry format with a clear scope: I look at your warehouse and the adjacent processes, identify the biggest levers and show which measures pay off first.
Operational warehouse management, optimisation of warehouse processes and the introduction of lean management are among my core areas of experience – most recently as National Business Coordinator Warehousing and statutory managing director (trade law) Warehousing in an international corporate group.
